Terms of Service

These terms govern the Veil private relay pilot. They are not a substitute for legal review, especially before live calls, payment launch, or expansion beyond the initial pilot.

Pilot use

Veil provides a reviewed private relay workflow for verified operators. We may approve, reject, pause, or require manual review for any requested call.

Allowed use

Operators must provide a legitimate contact basis, accurate sender information, and a truthful call purpose. Veil protects exposure; it does not manufacture false identity or authority.

Prohibited use

No deceptive impersonation, fake employer/client claims, or fake institutional authority.
No threats, coercion, harassment, sexual content, minors, emergency alerts, or regulated high-risk content.
No healthcare/PHI, debt collection, political calling, legal service of process, or unreviewed bulk outreach.
No attempts to bypass recipient opt-outs, review decisions, rate limits, or abuse controls.

Payment

The first offer is a refundable $250 deposit for a reviewed 10-call pilot. A confirmed Stripe checkout or invoice flow should be attached before collecting payment at scale.

No emergency or guaranteed delivery

Veil is not an emergency service and does not guarantee recipient connection, response, or outcome. Delivery may be delayed, declined, or blocked after review.
