How we use data
We use pilot data to verify senders, review use cases, deliver approved calls, return receipts or replies, prevent abuse, honor opt-outs, maintain audit logs, and support billing.
Processors
Veil may use infrastructure, payment, email, voice, and telephony providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, email tooling, Telnyx, LiveKit, and speech providers. The production processor list must be finalized before public launch.
Retention and deletion
The pilot should retain only what is needed for delivery, billing, security, dispute handling, opt-out enforcement, and legal obligations. Operators can request deletion or export by emailing pilot@apollostreet.com.
Important limits
Do not use Veil for emergencies, minors, threats, coercion, healthcare or PHI, debt collection, political calling, legal service of process, deceptive impersonation, or unreviewed bulk outreach.
